Re: Dedicated Hunters Status
This is a reminder for you to submit your activities i.e. hunting and association, period from
01 September 2015 to 31 August 2016, by the 30th of November 2016.
In order to retain the Dedicated Hunter status awarded to you by our Association, you are therefore obliged to:
Remain a member in good standing, i.e. paid up with no disciplinary record.
Remain an active member, involving yourself in at least two activities per year of our Association, or an affiliated association of CHASA, or another accredited hunting association
Proof of activities, must include the following under cover of the attached warranty.
Copy of complete activity card duly verified for the 12 month period (proof of at least two Association activities and two Hunting activities is required, whether with our Association, affiliated associations of CHASA or another accredited hunting association);
Should any extenuating circumstances have prevented you from participation in association activities or hunting, please provide details for consideration by the DH Committee.
Failing to comply with the above requirements, could mean losing your dedicated hunter status according to the Regulations of Act 60 of 2000.
We look forward to your support in this matter, ensuring that you keep your dedicated status as well as the association keeping its accreditation.
